Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. This means the product must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way. Returns cannot be accepted if the original tags or swing labels have been removed or tampered with.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
